About this audiobook
The Instant #1 New York Times Bestseller (October 2018)
Confronting Nazi evil is the subject of the next installment in the mega-bestselling Killing series
As the true horrors of the Third Reich began to be exposed immediately after World War II, the Nazi war criminals who committed genocide went on the run. A few were swiftly caught, including the notorious SS leader, Heinrich Himmler. Others, however, evaded capture through a sophisticated Nazi organization designed to hide them. Among those war criminals were Josef Mengele, the “Angel of Death” who performed hideous medical experiments at Auschwitz; Martin Bormann, Hitler’s brutal personal secretary; Klaus Barbie, the cruel "Butcher of Lyon"; and perhaps the most awful Nazi of all: Adolf Eichmann.
Killing the SS is the epic saga of the espionage and daring waged by self-styled "Nazi hunters." This determined and disparate group included a French husband and wife team, an American lawyer who served in the army on D-Day, a German prosecutor who had signed an oath to the Nazi Party, Israeli Mossad agents, and a death camp survivor. Over decades, these men and women scoured the world, tracking down the SS fugitives and bringing them to justice, which often meant death.
Written in the fast-paced style of the Killing series, Killing the SS will educate and stun the listener.
The final chapter is truly shocking.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was a great retelling of history that actually corrected some details that I thought that I already knew. However, Bill O’Reilly sucks as a narrator. I know he has been in the media forever, but he can’t pronounce historical place names to save himself. Annoying!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was so informative and not to graphic. It held my attention from the first word.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Bill is narrator. Who can narrate better than an author? No one. This is a very sobering review of the INHUMANITY humans are capable of perpetrating upon living beings, human, animal, and environmental. This book and other authenticated historical accounts of the Holocaust should be required study of ALL middle or high school students around the world. It should never be forgotten nor deemed a hoax. Those who wish to discount it as a hoax should be forced to spend a month on the grounds of each concentration camp, wear what the prisoners wore, eat what they ate and watch newsreels of what the liberators found.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5fantastic and engaging. Bill O'Reilly may not have the best inflection or story telling ability, but his matter of fact style of speaking does a disservice to the content however the content rises to the level of having been written by a professional author with fantastic story telling ability.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was a terrific book a lot of great facts that I didn't know about It is a must read
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5great book we need to learn from ourpastor we are doomed to repeat it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book it is a book future generations need to understand because it will show them more truths about socialism.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A good history lesson but Bill should stick to the news and commentary instead of narrating his books. I didn’t enjoy his performance.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Phenomenal story that few have heard, I enjoyed every minute
