- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Great for people with general anxiety...This book has some great information and the exercises are practical and worth trying. Some may work and some may not. As with anything you have to find what's right for you. Some of the information is new but most of it has been said before. This book is great for those with general anxiety, however wouldn't help those who have anxiety related disorders. Also the Kindle version of this book is extremely difficult to read. It doesn't seem to have been uploaded/formatted correctly as letters and words are missing and pages are a bit scrambled.
