- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I never knew B12 is so important, I have already done my son Ezra who is 25 years old and has been disabled since he was 5 years old meets all of the symptoms of B12 deficiency, but his B12 turned out to be 600 which isn’t that low, I am not sure if I have to give him B12 shot or not, as to myself, my spouse, and his two adult siblings we all are healthy but will do the test.
