About this audiobook

‘The love story you need in your suitcase this summer!’ Red

What if you almost missed the love of your life?

Nadia gets the 7.30 train every morning without fail. Well, except if she oversleeps or wakes up at her friend Emma’s after too much wine.

Daniel really does get the 7.30 train every morning, which is easy because he hasn’t been able to sleep properly since his dad died.

One morning, Nadia’s eye catches sight of a post in the daily paper:

To the cute girl with the coffee stains on her dress. I’m the guy who’s always standing near the doors… Drink sometime?

So begins a not-quite-romance of near-misses, true love, and the power of the written word.

Includes a bonus Q&A between Laura Jane Williams and Carrie Hope Fletcher

A wonderfully funny will-they-won’t-they romance told with real emotional honesty, perfect
for those who loved Sally Thorne’s 99% Mine and Helena Hunting’s Meet Cute.

Recommended by Bustle as a ‘Rom-Com Novel You Need To Read This Summer!’

This book was amazing! One of my best reads so far. The narration was great as well. You may be tempted to stop listening when the story ends but there's a nice little surprise that makes the book/story and narration just that much better.

If you’re a fan of You’ve Got Mail, then this is the book for you. Our Stop was not only incredibly cute and sweet, but it was funny, showed strong female friendships, and even tackled tough issues with grace. While some scenes felt a bit repetitive at times, I still really enjoyed this book. I’m a sucker for 90’s rom coms and this just had all those good vibes while still being modern.

This book has so much potential. If you don't mind repeatedly contrived situations and immature reactions from your heroine then you will most likely enjoy this quite a bit. Dialogue is snappy but so much of this book needs a good editing. Could easily lose 1/3 of it and be the better for it.

I'm not normally one for reading the romance genre but I liked the first look of this. The author hooks you in imminently and I found I couldn't stop reading the first four chapters and when I did I was genuinely disappointed there were no more chapters to read in this first look. This seems to be one of those books with plenty 'aww' moments. I like the characters in this book too. Daniel, quite shy and they hard to capture the woman of his dreams...Nadia, who is wanting that true love connection but none of her previous relationships have worked out. I'm definitely going to have to buy this book as now that I've started this, it is a desperate need-to-know what happens between the romance- indulged Daniel and the crazy hair, always-in-a-rush Nadia.

While overall sweetly intended, I can honestly say I enjoyed the start, felt my heart become fully involved at the stop, but the so called ride left something to be desired. The meet cute was adorable, as was the back and forth conversation playing out through Missed Connections posts, but the length of time it took for what would be to be, and the number of times in between that connections were missed drove me a bit batty. By book's end, I was ready for it to be over one way or another, though I do admit that ending hit my heart just right.
