- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The reviews seem to be fake or biased.
- low value - if you know some basic things about vitamins, diets, etc...
- might have more value for americans. As a non-american, many chapters are useless.
- as a non-american, I find this book to really be “for dummies” and have less value.
Overall, it might give you some value, but it’s better to skip chapters, to avoid wasting your time. Life is too short for bad books.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but aren't we past the 'soy is bad for you' misinformation by now? And using websites such as WebMD as your source instead of, I don't know, PEER REVIEWED ARTICLES seems a very unreliable way to communicate accurate information.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Marvelous. Now, it is an audio-book. Hope one day it will be presented and illustrated in videos
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A very easy way to understand supplements, nutrition and the food we eat. It has a great chart of the nutritive and caloric values of lots of foods in it. I like the chart because it is up to date on some of the fruits and vegetables which are now available to us in our stores.
