After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982, he worked as a newspaper reporter, first for the (Martha’s) Vineyard Gazette, later for The Philadelphia Inquirer. After twenty-two years at Sports Illustrated, he is now a senior writer at Golf.com. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Christine.

      This is a very strange book. Listening to it, you can’t really tell if it is a book highlighting Tiger’s amazing comeback from losing everything, or another hit piece highlighting Tiger’s numerous deficiencies. Is he a fallen superstar rising from the ashes to return to greatness? Or is he a cheating (on the course and off), drug abusing narcissist doing the only thing he really knows how to do — play golf? This bipolar back-and-forth leaves the listener wondering what they got themselves into and hoping for clarity in the end. Unfortunately, the end of the book is soft, flat and uninspired.

      This is a very interesting book - - BUT - - we would like to listen to it again, and we are now shut out. Why is that??? This is something new with Scribd, as we always like to listen to our favourites two or three times. If this is a permanent change - not allowing us to listen to a favourite a second time - - then we shall cancel the subscription which we have had for 3 years.
