- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Highly recommend to everyone ready to heal! Author quote "I'm not tired because I'm depressed, I'm depressed because I'm tired" YAS! I finished the book in 2 days and have already implemented the first two steps! I believe in this method! The right book at the right time for me! Loved it! So encouraging and practical. Straight to the point to filler.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5to hear that the author experienced burnout as severe as what I had, especially the fact that music became an irritant, that lights and sounds were too much. wow. i’ve never found a thing that doesn’t simply say “avoid burning out”. this is a life saver.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This initially looked promising, but very quickly grew tedious when the author was banging on about how amazing he’d been previously. The first chapter was just him jacking-off his ego. ‘I was THIS AMAZING (rattles off accomplishments), and then I had depression and burnout and I was less amazing’. People suffer from burnout and depression - you’re not special. Then he was banging on about ridiculous technology he’d ‘tested’. How is that beneficial or relevant to the average individual? This is just a more self-indulgent rehash of Tim Ferris’s ‘4 Hour Body’, which was actually a very entertaining book. This on the other hand, got very annoying very quickly.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I had stomachaches and headaches for years - told its in my head. Purchased the sensitivity food test and gut bacteria test like recommended. By just eliminating certain foods, i could feel massive difference in a few days. Looking forward to implement the rest of the plan

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Talking about extreme examples constantly, do not come with any helpful specific guidance, the few advice are unrealistic and not for the average person.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Claims to have bridged the gap between action and the unconscious. Utter rubbish.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Good material, but not as strong as the Boundless book.
