      This story is the weak one of the series. I’m not sure why it’s listed as romantic comedy as there are zero laughable moments, ZERO! The story drags and relies too heavily on rough sex scenes. This did not help with character development and emotional chemistry. It was drama with half being bouts in bed. Tessa Bailey is amongst my favorite authors but this one was disappointing.

      That was simply a scorching inferno of hotness! I mean seriously, with that much emotion and angst between them, how do these two fly off the charts with the heat between them? They do though, and manage to hit all the heartache and happiness along the way. If a tortured hero absolutely obsessed with a good girl is your nip, this is the book for you! An absolutely wonderful listen <3

      Interesting story and the results of enmity that one parents allowed to fester for so long that he did not see what hate he was bringing into his family members.   These two lovers had their whole life hand in hand with a child too that came with their love. But her father did everything in his power to drive a wedge between his daughter and her boyfriend even though alone the way he gave her baby that made him much better for her. The love was stronger when she found out the truth about what her father had done. The reason why the boy friend left without any forwarding address or contact information. 
      In the end the father lost everything for trying to break up his daughter's relationship.  He has lost her for good to this innocent man that he had tried to bring diver.
