For the last 17 years I was traveling around the world. I have worked as a chef in some of the best restaurants, cruise liners, private yachts and villas. Cooking for me is not only a profession but my passion and hobby as well. Like many other chefs who are passionate about food, at early age I started to gain weight. I was not happy about it, so started to change the way I eat and the way I cook. I realized more and more people adapting to a healthier lifestyle and many more would like to change. During the years I collected and created many healthy food recipes, most of them are simple to prepare. I would like to share my knowledge, hoping it will help many people in our "high speed" world.view less
