    I highly recommend this book for your Sales Managers Library. I liked the way the author made me feel like I was sitting in a room listening to him, it was very inspiring. It was an easy read, with tips and tables to explain all of his concepts in good detail. I really think this book is a “must read” for all Sales Managers, because they don’t know what they may be doing wrong until they are exposed to these concepts in sales leadership. This is not the same old sales management advice that has been regurgitated time and again. Now I know what is really meant by Sales Coaching from somebody that knows what he is talking about.

    I have been in Sales for over 20 years, and have managed many a salesperson. This great book is chock-full of practical methods and tips to turn sales people into sales champions. Your CEO will be a happy person when you apply these sales management ideas to your sales group. I have used this book to help me develop meaningful coaching sessions with my sales staff. It never occurred to me that there were so many nuances to proper sales coaching, but I sure feel that I have become a better sales manager as a result of this book.

    Lets face it, the well-trained sales pro has a huge edge over their lackluster competition. If part of your job includes training a sales team, this is the book for you. Peter Heredia has made this book a manual for Sales Managers. In no uncertain terms, he discusses the role of the Sales Manager. Sales leadership is not something that comes with a job title, it includes many facets, and Peter hits on all of them. After I read this book, I felt as if I went through a “Sales Managers Rebirth”, and I am positive I can coach my sales team to increase revenues thanks to this book
