When it comes to dieting just about everyone has a different theory. Contenders of low calorie diets say the secret of losing weight is cutting calories. Others hold to a low fat diet. Sugar is the culprit of many other diets. I’ve tried most of them and failed until I learned about a sensible low carb plan. Even though there was a time, when I
