Flourless Banana Raisin Pancakes

Ingredients

1 banana (peeled and mashed)

2 eggs (beaten)

1 ml baking powder

5 ml vanilla extract

60 ml raisins

Ground cinnamon to sprinkle on pancakes

Method

Combine the banana, eggs, baking powder and vanilla extract together.

Mix well.

Add the raisins.

Mix well.
