INTRODUCTION
Thank you for downloading my guide to wholesaling houses. First off let me say that if you dream of making five thousand dollars or more per month, you found the write book. The following content is designed to enable a beginner or a seasoned investor to wholesale houses. Wholesaling real estate is a simple technique that enables the average person with just a little bit of money to put thousands of dollars in their pocket monthly by finding properties, putting them under a purchase contract, and then selling the contract to other buyers. Sounds pretty simple, right? Believe me it is and trust me, anyone can do it!
The average profit for a normal wholesaler is usually between $2,500.00 and $5,000.00 per deal. Depending on the deal, it can take a week or a month to complete. Either way the profit is pretty substantial! Even though only a minor amount of money is required to be successful in this type of real estate, these high amounts of profit have allowed people to quit their day job after wholesaling for about six months to a year. It is absolutely possible and it is done everyday. If you have a drive to succeed, then after reading this guide you are on your way to having a very healthy financial life!
The amount of profit you make in this business deeply depends on how much work you put in. For example, if you want to complete one wholesale deal per month, which a lot of wholesalers do, then there will be a certain amount of work required for that one deal. However, more than one deal will require more advertising, calling, driving, paperwork, etc. The beauty though, is that the profit you make is always a lot greater than the amount of work you invest.
Throughout the book there are seven chapters for each of the seven steps, that I have compiled, involved in wholesaling a house. After reading this book you should be able to walk through any wholesale deal with confidence and assurance.
Investing in real estate is an excellent vehicle for building your wealth. This particular category of flipping houses is really just flipping paper. You don't do any work to the house and you never even own the house throughout the whole deal. It is a type that allows the average worker, that doesn't exactly have a money tree in their backyard, to gain financial freedom. You do not need a real estate license nor thousands of dollars set aside to get you started. The biggest step to take is to just do it. Once you finish a deal and your holding that $5,000.00 check in your hand I can personally guarantee you that you will have a sense of accomplishment that is different from anything you have ever experienced. Just remember, Confidence and perseverance is key.
Also, remember that no matter what type of deal you have, be honest.
