About this ebook

As men, there are a few things in our lives that we can't live without. In no particular order, food, beverages, and amorous relations are at the top of the list. This guide talks about what to do when you've over-indulged in the first two. (You'll have to find another book to help you with the third one). As men, we want a plan of attack before we do anything. Having a plan of attack gives us a sense that we are not just spinning our wheels and going no where. Finally, as men, we want everything we do to be simple and to the point. We don't want to spend our time reading a bunch of nonsense and having to sort through the fodder to find the information we're looking for. This guide does all of that- it is simple, clear and gets right to the point. It gives us men a plan of attack which works. It worked for me, it worked for several of my friends, and I can all but guarantee it will work for you.

    Chapter 1-Mission Statement

This guide is intended to provide a clear, concise, easy-to-follow plan for the average man to burn fat and lose weight. Women have been successful using the plan provided in this guide but the men who have stuck to it have had the most success. I’ve tried to write this as short as possible because, as a man, I know we don’t want to read a bunch of nonsense. We want to cut to the chase and only read what we absolutely have to. I could include hundreds of statistics and dozens of success stories about burning fat (including one man who lost over 100 pounds) but to keep it quick and easy as a favor to my readers, I’m asking you to trust that I know what I’m talking about.

While there are very few stories and statistics in this guide, I must include some material intended to explain and educate you through the use of examples. Like many other men who have followed this guide and burn fat to lose weight, I can all but guarantee your success if you stick with it as well.

    Chapter 2-Who I Am

This may be the shortest book you’ll ever read. To call it a book is probably not correct. I don’t know. You see, I’m not an author or writer. As you read this, it will be very apparent I’m just a guy with a junior
