Amplify Fitness was created by nationally certified trainers, Stephanie Garcia and Melanie Hagner. Stephanie Garcia holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Exercise & Sports Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Melanie Hagner is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Both hold numerous other specialty certifications and teamed up to create KCTO Fitness- a personal training and bootcamp business. Amplify Fitness was created with the passion of both trainers to be able to teach a wide range of people how to lead a healthier lifestyle. Each workout in this program was compiled and created so that people of all fitness levels could complete, and be challenged by it.
Our workouts are broken down into a sprint, a cross training circuit and a weightlifting and/or powerlifting session.
