Introduction
As a hobby, I have been making birthday, anniversary, wedding, and other occasion cakes for family and friends since 1969!
In the last few years, due to the increased costs of weddings, several people have made inquiries of me as to how to save money on weddings!
I have shared some innovative ideas to reduce the wedding expense including how to have a great looking wedding cake at low cost. As more and more people have approached me with questions on how to save money on wedding cakes, I decided to share the information with the public through this book!
