1 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage leaves
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Mixture of ground pork, flakes, kosher salt black pepper, Sage, thyme, Rosemary, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, and red pepper in a bowl. Knead with your hands until fully incorporated. Form 8 burgers.
Place patties in skillet over medium heat; Cook until browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Flip burgers and continue cooking until they are fully cooked, 5 to 8 minutes more.
