About this ebook
Fitface Foundations is all about the foundations of your face, which are your muscles. Exercise your face and you will firm and tone your face.
The book has 4 different exercise programs with over 70 exercises all with photographs and easy to follow instructions. (These face exercises ARE THE SAME as first printed in Fitface Hands Free Facial Toning Exercises).
Fitface toning exercises are different. The revolutionary new technique is performed “hands free” which means there is no touching or pulling of the skin - to avoid damaging delicate facial tissues. Fitface exercises produce strong, tight, firm muscles and increases collagen to give you a toned facial makeover that lasts a lifetime.
Cosmetic surgeons agree that tight firm toned muscles are the most important part of looking good. Fitface “hands free” facial toning exercises work naturally from within - to build, strengthen and repair - lost muscle tone which also rejuvenates collagen. Fitface is fast, fun and easy, making you look fabulous; now and forever. The knife can only cut away healthy skin and muscles, which in the long term results in thinner skin and weaker damaged muscles. Needles can either paralyse muscles or plump under the skin temporarily, to produce a frozen face. In the long the procedures either exacerbates wrinkles or annihilates muscle tone. The long term effects on the brain remain unknown, the choice is yours.
Charlotte Hamilton
Born in 1956 in Dorset, England into the poorer end of the land of gentry and spending the first 4 years of her life on her Grandfathers' mini (400 acres) country estate. Her parents were both flamboyant characters that separated when she was 7 years old while at boarding school (there to shield her and/or as a respite from family problems). The fat, ugly duckling grew up (in the shadow of her gorgeous outlandish mother) to become a swan and she left home. From working Jersey in the Channel Islands she ended up living and marrying trice in Californian and still in her twenties gave birth to her only child, a daughter. Her thirties were less exuberantly spent in the south of England where she wrote her first book which was about “dating” which was very successful. After which she briefly lived in the Bahamas for employment as a General Manager but her daughter was constantly ill with from the heat and the mosquitoes bites so she left. Her forties were her "mixed up" stage with yet another disastrous marriage, compounded by and her daughter's horrendous accident in which she sustained 21 fractures to her face. When her daughter left university they intended to live in California but her daughter had” fallen in love” on the last leg of her Gap Year and wanted to return to Australia to be with her new love. Charlotte decided to make a new start in Florida where she had been regularly visiting for the previous 5 years. There she began to write the first Fitface. However just 2 years later, just when Fitface 2- Hands Free Facial Toning was published her mother in England had a fall and Charlotte returned to Sussex England look after. She remains there and has now written Fitface 3 - The book on face exercises full of 10 minute routines. Charlotte has appeared on TV and radio both in the USA and UK including ABC News, BBC radio Solent and various newspapers and magazines both on and offline.

Chapter 1 - The Foundations
The Fitface Toning Rules
Essential reading!
Do not perform these exercises if you have ever had any facial surgery, have used any Botox, derma fillers or injectables without first consulting a dermatologist or surgeon (as applicable). Fitface toning exercises are preventative measures to avoid or postpone invasive procedures.
Do not perform Fitface toning exercises for at least 6 months if you have had a laser or chemical peel as your skin will be fragile. Consult with your dermatologist or plastic surgeon as to precisely how many weeks or months it will be until your skin is fully healed.
Do not exercise if you have sunburn, the skin will be tight and fragile. Wait until the natural oils and body’s own hydration returns to your skin.
Do not exercise if you are on pain killers as these can mask any of the warnings signs to stop exercising.
Stop exercising immediately if you feel any pain or twinges.
Stop exercising if your muscles start to quiver. It is a sign that you are doing too much. Relax, there is always tomorrow.
Do not exercise your facial muscles if you feel tired, emotionally upset or if you are hung over because you won’t enjoy it and subconsciously you will remember the negative experience. You can change brain plasticity either negatively or positively. Let the brain record the positive repetitive changes only!
Be especially cautious with the neck exercises, take it very gently and totally avoid them if you experience any discomfort, aches or back problems. Don’t bring your head too far back, if it says tilt your head
, that’s what it means. It does not mean to thrust your head as far back as humanly possible!
When beginning exercising use a mirror initially, unless specifically stated not to do so. When you become proficient at each of the exercises you will no longer need to look in the mirror, except to ensure that you are continually doing them correctly.
Start slowly; get used to each of the exercises. If you find one too difficult at first, leave it out and come back to it later. Your muscle tone will improve over time and therefore, as with any exercise you will be able to do more, eventually. Remember exercising must be fun as well as good for
