What People Are Saying…
"7 Ways to Your Get Children to Eat Healthy, offers creative and practical ways to change mealtime so you and your younger and impressionable family members will want to eat healthier and will have fun while doing so….
Thoughtful, creative and knowledgeable, Brynn’s advice really hits home as my family navigates the realities of food allergies, nutrition, healthy eating and the sometimes picky habits of my kids. She offers practical and fun tips for helping our kids – especially those managing food allergies – make and enjoy healthier food choices."
Alison Johansen, Founder at Mothernova Parenting (www.mothernova.com)
"As a mother of two children, one of whom is a fussy eater, I found the book’s strategies practical and easy to implement. While my children do not have food allergies, I have some food intolerances and appreciated the flexible approach. It’s not just about kids - reading this motivated our entire family to eat more healthily!"
Lea Bardak, Mother of two
"As a mother of three children, one of them a very picky eater, I love the suggestions this book gives me. Too often life takes a hold and I forget how important it is to make and present food in a new fun way…
The author offers other very helpful suggestions like to let the kids have a healthy snack in front of a video on TV. Since we restrict screen time, our kids LOVE to watch videos. Why not use that to my advantage while I am getting dinner ready? Thank you! Also for the reminder to let them help me make healthy food and I plan on daring them to eat something new every day, also utilizing sibling rivalry to my advantage."
Anke McCown, Mother of three and University Lecturer
Providing our kids with a nutritious diet not only affects their growth and intelligence but also sets their opinions on food, relationships and health, for life. Being a parent of an allergic child myself, I can completely relate to the dilemmas of getting through everyday life and social occasions negotiating the minefield of allergens, sugars and additives.
