    Candyce Claxton, (born in the 80’s) is a budding writer and gifted encourager born to amazing parents on the island of St. Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Until college she lived the life of an Army brat; moving from military base to military base in Tennessee, Germany, Georgia, Hawaii, and South Carolina. In her travels she cultivated a love for words, knowledge, and music through reading, listening to grown up conversations, and singing to any cassette she could stick in her walkman. At 17 Candyce moved to Atlanta, GA to attend Morris Brown College where she earned a degree in Psychology. But very soon after found that her calling was not in counseling. After seven years of working in various fields Candyce decided to earn a Master’s degree in business. Waiting for the many years of education to pay off she returned to her love of books and writing. In September of 2013 Candyce completed her first novel and ignited her passion to share encouragement through words. With her first ebook Candyce is hoping to encourage the use of the tool that has helped her accomplish many of her personal and professional goals over the last five years. As a thirty-something living in the Twenty first century Candyce has come to the conclusion that she needs a lot of help navigating her future. In seeking help for herself she is inspired to share what she is learning, what she thinks she knows for sure, and her approach towards life's not so enjoyable challenges. Vision boarding is not a new concept but has not been used as much as it could be to help people get to where they most want to be. In “I Can See Clearly Now: Creating Vision Boards" Candyce shares what vision boarding is and provides steps and examples on how to create one or many.
