- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I think it's really important to be aware of the signs that you are in a toxic relationship.
I had been emotionally abused by a former boyfriend back in college. At that time, I didn't know it was abuse.
He would always criticize me for what I'm wearing, he wouldn't allow me to go out with my friends and he didn't mind fighting me in public. If I had read materials like this before maybe it would have been a different story.
This is very helpful and eye-opening. I recommend this book!
