About this ebook

What is success?
It’s nothing else than an interpretation. For some people success may mean having millions of euros, for others it’s more about making a positive influence on our world by helping others for example.

However, not only the word success itself can be interpreted but also life has to be interpreted in a different way than so many people see it in order to become successful. Almost all the information we are given in books and other types of media evolve around solving specific tiny problems. What’s way more important than this activity is how you see life and what mindset and thoughts drive you to become successful. What you think determines what you do and what you do determines what you get in life. So to change the way life works out for you right now we need to change our view of it.
That’s exactly what this book tries to accomplish. Be open-minded and discover completely different ways on how to deal with aspects of life and through which lenses you see your life when you read this book. It’s either having a big impact on your life or you will hate it. There is no space for mediocrity when it comes to having success.

Author

Sebastian Keysers

I'm a lifelong student of self-development. It was never enough to just know what all the other people around me knew and be just average. Currently I'm a student of International Business who's looking for other awesome ways of discovering personal development by learning from the best of the best like Steve Jobs for example. I don't want to tell a lot of information about myself because after all it's you who really matters and I'm only trying to help and inspire you on your individual journey of self-development without judging but instead being open-minded to any interpretation of success. Always remember: Nobody cares more for your success than you do.

    Introduction

Do you still remember the time you discovered something new every day. As a child everyday was a new adventure for us but when we grew up life became quite predictable. We know what we can expect when we start reading a book about personal development for example. We’re ready to read all the so useful information about what exactly we can do in maybe 10 specific steps to solve our tiny problem. As far as I’m concerned this whole concept really sucks! Sometimes the problem we have or the aspect of life we want to change isn’t really what we think it is. All the books and magazines we can read about topics like success really do help us, I don’t doubt it at all, because they provide us solutions for real problems (assumed that they are good magazines/books). Unluckily these books/magazines can only solve tiny problems and not the biggest problem of all which is how human beings can be in control of their life and solve problems independently. Every problem has a solution is the major principle of success magazines and book. That’s definitely right but it seems for me like we don’t have to know a solution for any problem and instead should read more about the basic principles of how you can figure out the solution yourself. Or how is it possible to solve a problem in your life when you don’t even know what the exact problem is? These are just a few questions many people keep asking themselves and I think that it’s time to give them a guideline. This book is intended to be the guideline I’m talking about. Don’t read it when you’re just interested in quick fixes or scientific answers for problems because this book evolves about principles on how you can deal with aspects of your life. It’s possible to interpret a lot between the lines and I tried to write many questions in it you can ask yourself to really make you think about what the book is meant to teach you. You can either read this book the same way you would read a fantasy thriller and hate it as soon as you’ve finished it, or you can take some time to think about the content and apply it to your life. One chapter per day and some extra time to think about what you read and maybe you will learn something out of this book that will change your entire vision of life.

Enough talking for now. Just one little annotation before you start: Don’t focus on the correct use of grammar or punctuation, I’m not a native English speaker and the main purpose of the book isn’t to teach you grammar but to inspire you to see your life in a different way than you ever saw it before.

    The Decision – Action relevance

Did you ever hear the idiom „Decisions shape destiny". Most people are very familiar with this phrase and heard it so often that they don’t even want to waste a single second thinking about the actual meaning and importance of it. Even right now you probably wonder whether you should really continue reading this chapter or even the whole book because
