      INTRODUCTION

      The question that I had to explore before writing this ebook was, Would anyone want to know how to prolong a sexual orgasm to achieve maximum sexual pleasure? I already knew about the transformational power of extending orgasm from direct experience. I understood how mastering the ability to prolong orgasm has afforded me extraordinary sexual pleasure and elevated my own sexual relationship, but would other people with their busy lives and so many options as to how they spend their time really want to learn this stuff? Well, here you are, so apparently that question has been answered in the affirmative.

      So, let’s begin with a few thoughts about orgasm and sexual pleasure. Orgasm is arguably the most intensely pleasurable human experience. It’s no surprise that many lovers in the throes of orgasm cry out divine phrases like, Oh my God, I’m coming. For some of you, the ability to extend your orgasms will be a more profound spiritual experience than you will ever have in a church, synagogue, or mosque. And I want to remind you that everyone one of us, even including the Pope, came into this world via a sexual act. More precisely, we all came into this world through the creative power of orgasm. We all sprang from the energy of orgasm. We were all conceived from it. So, there is no escaping the fact that we are all sexual beings. The original two cells, the sperm and the egg, are sex cells. Through the process of cell division every cell in your body is derived from the mating of the sex cells, and every cell has retained the memory of that original sexual imprint. And that is why every cell in your body is potentially orgasmic, not just your genitals. None of this can be disputed, yet we would be remiss if we didn’t remind you that throughout history some sexually repressed individuals and certain reactionary groups with their own selfish agendas have attempted to demonize sexual pleasure and orgasm.

      Here in America our sexual freedom has been hindered by 2000 years of sex-negative, anti-pleasure, anti-orgasm, Judeo-Christian influences and values. For example, around AD 300, Christian theologians discovered the ultimate technique to control and manipulate human beings. That technique was to link guilt with sex. Saint Augustine (born AD 354), one of the early prominent Catholic Church leaders told us, Sex and orgasm transmit original sin and original sin leads to death and damnation. St. Augustine saw the sexual urge as divine punishment for Adam and Eve’s original sin and he regarded the genitals as Satanic Monsters. Yet he knew he was helpless in the face of sexual desire. Grant me chastity, he begged God, but not yet. Roughly 900 years later, Saint Thomas Aquinas of the Catholic Church reinforced those radical views when he declared, Sex and orgasm are curses of the devil and where there is orgasm there is sin.
