About this ebook

What if I tell you that redness or the sourness you experience on your body or the bad breathe that you get is not just because of your bad habits but it is because of a bigger problem? What if I tell you that the root cause of all this is yeast infection, yes you heard it right, Yeast Infection. Most of them had never heard about Candida and worse part was that majority of them, prior to their infection, believed that yeast infection could only happen in food or related particles and it could only happen in human beings as a result of a life threatening disease.

Have you ever wondered, what is the biggest weapon that can be or has been used against mankind? Some might say, it is the nuclear weapon, or may be natural disasters or a few of our friends who have a strong relationship with Hollywood movies might want to add, ‘an alien attack’, but if you will ask me what is the most dangerous weapon against human beings, I would say it is biological weapon. Health is probably the most important and yet the most ignored aspect of human life. We need good health to complete our lifecycle, to reach our final destination, but are we doing enough to keep ourselves healthy?

I am sure all of us were taught a basic lesson while we were in school, ‘Prevention is better than cure’, and how many times have we actually adopted that lesson? To be very true, I do not really blame any of us for being ignorant or lazy, because I feel that our inhibitions to prevent a disease or a outbreak is not really a result of not giving the disease its due importance, but it is because of our insufficient knowledge about that particular disease. If people knew about the hazardous nature of HIV, do you think they wouldn’t have taken any measures to prevent the disease? Leave aside AIDS, what if I tell you that something which with time becomes an important part of human body can result into a longstanding mental and physical trauma? What if I tell you that redness or the sourness you experience on your body or the bad breathe that you get is not just because of your bad habits but it is because of a bigger problem? What if I tell you that the root cause of all this is yeast infection, yes you heard it right, Yeast Infection.

With my years of experience in the medical field and after my interaction with patients suffering from varies different types of disease, there is one thing that I can safely conclude, any disease is not a big threat in its initial stage, but if that disease is alien to us or if we do not have any knowledge about the symptoms or the effect of that particular disease, it eventually grows into something quite bigger and more often than not quite hazardous. While talking to some of the patients who have suffered from the problems caused by yeast infection, I figured out that most of them had never heard about Candida and worse part was that majority of them, prior to their infection,
