The dynamics of hypersonic flight or hypersonic wing theory, magnetohydrodynamic theory, or any developments involving treatment of the Boltzmann equation are not included. This publication is intended for hypersonic aerodynamicists, students, and researchers conducting work on the hypersonic flow phenomena.
