Diana Baker se crió en Inglaterra hasta la edad de 18 años, cuando su familia se mudó a España y posteriormente a Argentina, donde sus abuelos habían sido misioneros durante más de 50 años. Estudió tres años en la Escuela Bíblica de Villa María, provincia de Córdoba, Argentina, y allí conoció a su futuro esposo. Como matrimonio se radicaron en la ciudad de Córdoba, donde fueron activos en la iglesia y luego pastorearon una congregación en aquella ciudad durante 16 años. Dios los ha bendecido con cuatro hijos. Actualmente, con su esposo, pastorean una iglesia en Málaga, al sur de España.
