      Congratulations on making a wise decision to read this book and educate yourself about precious metals investing. There are so many new precious metals investors who jump in and start buying like crazy before they know what they are doing or why they are doing it. Hopefully this does not describe you.

      This book is written for new to moderate level precious metals investors who want to be sure they are making the right choices for the right reasons. I will keep the information on a pretty high level. Most people just want to understand the basics and then get started. They don’t have the time nor the desire to learn every single tidbit of information there is to know about precious metals. It’s like when someone asks you what time it is, they just want to know the time, they don’t what to know how the watch works.

      So that’s my promise to you. I will keep the information in this book short and to the point. I also will not try and impress you with a lot of complicated terms and tech-speak. I will keep it simple and easy to understand. The information in this book is laid out in a very logical and practical way and is designed to help you make wise investing decisions quickly.

      Like many metals investors, I have gotten much of my education from the school of hard knocks and mistakes. I have been ripped off and made poor buying decisions more than I care to admit. However, those mistakes have taught me valuable lessons and I truly hope that I can help you avoid making many of the poor decisions that I have made.

      Over decades of metals investing I have discovered the good programs, the bad programs and the ugly programs. At the end of this book you will find a Resource section that has a number of programs that I have discovered over the years that deserve an A+ and I wanted to share them with you. Hopefully they will save you a lot of time, money and frustration.
