    Brandon decides to take his family on a Christmas skiing holiday to Aspen. Feeling generous, he invites several friends and family including his billionaire friend Roy who tugs along his snobby girlfriend. The entire group has great fun with various activities throughout their stay all except Roy’s lover Eva, who has trouble fitting in.

    A small accident when Brandon’s black beautiful nanny Zantaza, goes out on the slopes in the company of Roy has things brewing between the two. This leads to the two getting closer still, then sharing quite a lot of personal stuff with each other. By the end of the holiday, the two have fallen in love even though Zantaza does not seem to think it will work.       Chapter One

      An air of festivity permeated the room where the three women sat together sipping hot chocolate. Usually at this time of the year they could be found together, plotting for a holiday, for a chance to take a break from normal routine. It was promising to be a great Christmas as Kimberly’s husband promised to take them skiing at Aspen alongside other friends. Brandon Johnson was a successful Oil Magnate and liked to spoil his wife Kimberly anytime he had time. This Christmas would be special as he wanted to make up for time away on business to both his wife and his toddler daughter named Lillyana.  A trip to the mountains was the best he could think of to make up for the guilt of not spending adequate time with them.

      The fact that Brandon had invited Kimberly’s mother Samantha as well as her Grandmother Mary Ann to come along made it even better. Kimberly liked having Mary Ann around as the two were partners in crime of sorts. Even though the three women got along just fine, there seemed to be an unspoken understanding between Kimberly and Mary Ann. Often times they would be found whispering together while plotting a thing or the other behind Samantha’s back. Kimberly’s mother could be sassy at times, making her less popular amongst the other two. They thought it had something to do with her being widowed by a man she had cared about so deeply, never having come to terms with the fact. Nevertheless they all got along just fine, as long as they let her vent when the need arose.

      A background of Christmas Carols playing in the background gave off a relaxed feel in the room. The feeling of family was more pronounced at the time; especially as all the three ladies were excited about the upcoming trip. Kimberly got up to go fetch more peppermint schnapps in a bowl.

      I am looking forward to so much snow at the mountains. It will be fun to watch Lillyana playing in the snow the entire time we will be there, Kimberly commented to the rest. Samantha spoke up fast and in much the usual way offered her thoughts on the same.

      Kimberly dear, you sound like you want to chill my granddaughter in the cold, she snapped giving her a disapproving look. A secret look passed between the two at her words as they were not surprised by her negative view.  To ease up the situation, Kimberly laughed gently, before reassuring her mother she had no such intentions.

      The three women continued discussing the trip as they consumed even more cocoa. Mary Ann spoke up about asking some of their friends over for the holidays to make it even more interesting, an idea Kimberly was quick to consent to.

      That would be fun, a larger group is more fun anytime, She added. The idea seemed to appeal to Samantha as well since she did not express disapproval. At times, it could be difficult winning her over in any decision that did not come from her. While the two women were used to it, Brandon often found it distasteful for his mother-in-law to take charge of decisions concerning his family. He had observed her take charge of things that did not quite touch on her more times than he cared to remember.
