How to be Fit, Despite Arthritis Pain and Fatigue
()
About this ebook
People who have arthritis are tired and in pain a lot of the time. Because of this, it can be hard for arthritis sufferers to even do normal daily chores such as shopping, cleaning the house or putting on a load of wash. These are all tasks that need to be planned ahead of time.
So, when arthritis sufferers are asked whether or not they would like to be fit, they quiver. But why does this have to be the case? Have we negatively judged most of our life because of arthritis to the point where we think that we no longer have any hope of getting better physically?
We all know that it is difficult to be physically active when we experience pain and fatigue a lot of the time. I was an athletic-type most of my adult life until 17 years ago when I was diagnosed with arthritis. So, I totally get it. But I also know that unless you use the muscles in your legs and walk and keep getting better and better physically, you will probably get worse as time goes on to the point where you won’t be able to do anything whatsoever. Even moving around the house will become a real chore for you. If you experience this now, take heart. This e-book is for you!

We don’t have to acquiesce in our weaknesses. Instead, we should take back our lives and keep trying to be our best. We don’t have to think that our life is over if we experience arthritis pain. However, we have to realize that our life will be different from now on. But this need not be a bad thing. It could actually be a very positive thing, as I will discuss in this e-book.
Changing our attitude in this way is no easy task. I will be the first to admit this. Sadly, it took me many years to get to the point where I didn’t want to be defined by my arthritis pain and fatigue. I decided that I didn’t want to
