Dedication
This book is dedicated to my American parents - the late Wilbert Shorb, Sr. and his wife, Marion Shorb – who loved my family and me and took us in when we first came to the United States. I pray God’s blessings on their children and their children’s children. I know we will be reunited with them some day!

Foreword
Pearl Nsiah-Kumi has written a very straight-forward and pleasant presentation of the Gospel in this book. She clearly understands the means for people to get a home in Heaven, and has shared this information in an easily-understood manner. The book is a great resource for those who wish to share their faith with others in a non-threatening way. Pearl leaves no room for doubt, and her message is clear. She speaks the truth in love
and obviously cares greatly for the souls of others.
~ Sheri Dean Parmelee, Ph.D. Communication Studies
Introduction
This book is a compilation of articles written in an easy-to-read and easy-to-understand format. The articles are both short and concise. The topics cover the basics of the Christian faith. They are intentionally selected to help and encourage new believers on how to build a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, find their place in the Church, and have a part in the Great Commission of spreading the good news of Salvation. Seasoned Christians will also find this book helpful as a reminder and also as a significant addition to their regular studies, as it can also serve as a devotional.
Many Christian principles are addressed to aid the new Christian. As well, it serves to remind all Christians of those principles. The supporting verses quoted should encourage readers to check the truths being written against the Word (the Holy Bible) to ensure Scripture is not misquoted or misused. In other words, this book can serve as a handbook the Christian can use in conjunction with his or her Bible.
If you are not a Christian, I encourage you to start with the articles on Salvation to learn how to become a Christian. Only then can you find this book helpful. I pray with all my heart that you will take the step to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ!
