Foreword
Never in the history of mankind has society been so vitally concerned with nutrition and exercise. I have spent an adult lifetime as an athletic coach and a classroom teacher, and have during that time become acquainted with literally hundreds of diets and conditioning programs. I therefore feel qualified to convey to you my impressions of Chris Apostol's nutritionally sound, yet exciting, High Health program.
