Sales growth is essential for both front line sales professionals as well as sales managers. There are two primary avenues for growth. You can grow within your current category, or you can seek opportunities outside your category. In this course, Author explains four primary ways to grow sales within your current market: selling to new customers, selling more to current customers, growing sales with multibrand customers, and identifying and capturing your competitor's customers. If you choose to look for outside opportunities, he explains how to identify adjacent markets, and how to grow through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Dr. Mark Nelson is a founding director of the Institute of Ecotechnics and has worked for several decades in closed ecological system research, ecological engineering, the restoration of damaged ecosystems, desert agriculture and orchardry, and wastewater recycling. He is Chairman and CEO of the Institute of Ecotechnics, a U.K. and U.S. non-profit organization, which consults to several demonstration projects working in challenging biomes around the world as well as Vice Chairman of Global Ecotechnics Corp. and head of Wastewater Gardens International.
