About this ebook
For the last 20 or so years, Kevin and his family have travelled extensively in France, from the northern tips of Brittany and Normandy to the southernmost Mediterranean coast, and from the French - German border along its eastern border to the windy Atlantic coast at its most westerly point.
Over the years Kevin and his family have visited hundreds, if not thousands of restaurants sampling the delicacies of each region.
Kevin’s criteria for including recipes in his collection are that they must be:
Delicious
mouth-watering
and easy to cook!

Although Kevin adored l’escargot (snails), they are a developed taste, and along with frogs legs you’ll be pleased to know that they haven’t been included in this book!
