Chapter One: Gluten and Its Adverse Effects
A lot of speculations circulate around the concept of gluten and how it affects the body. Again, there are those with innate tolerance for gluten, which is why they do not choose to eliminate it from their diets; on the other hand, there are those who simply cannot afford to have gluten because it causes their bodies to sort of malfunction. Of course, there are also those who choose to go gluten-free because they are trying their best to keep their families and themselves healthy and illness-free.
