This is basically a 17-page pamphlet with a list of very common ideas. It might be an ok place to start if you are brand new to art journaling.
Rating: 3Eh it’s okay not the best but you can tell work was put into it honestly I feel like it’s a 3.5 but I’d rather rate higher then lower for the authors sake
