Introduction
The Holy Quran descended on our master Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to guide all people. The Quran is not only a book of the Islamic religion, but it came to arrange people's lives and guide them to what is good for them both as individuals in society and the whole of society.
The Qur'an always reminds us of the blessings Allah gave us to worship and thank Him. Among these blessings is the countless grace of food. Allah created the earth and sprouted from all kinds of fruits in order to enjoy human consumption, whether in its natural form or to enter into the manufacture of another food.
There are many fruits mentioned by Allah in the Holy Quran and some of them responded with some benefit and a great impact on human life and health, however others did not mention the usefulness in the Quran directly and there are some mentioned in the Prophet's Sunnah which told us by the Prophet, peace be upon him _ Who does not speak of fancy.
This book, which is in your hands presents you the most important foods mentioned by Allah in the Quran, which have many benefits mentioned some of the Quran and proved by modern studies.
There are some foods that help in the treatment of many diseases, including what is useful for the skin, including what protects the heart muscle and strengthens the immune system and protects from anemia because they contain valuable nutrients such as some minerals like iron, potassium and vitamins with many benefits.
All these facts about some of the food in the Holy Quran from more than 1,400 years have been proven by modern scientific studies and have proved their positive effects on human health.
Al-Thareed
Al- Al-Thareed is a meal full of useful elements, either in its primitive form or in the evolution that has happened to it and the additions that have been added to it. It can be prepared with chicken or meat with the addition of vegetables such as potatoes, zucchini and okra.
This food was preferred by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The bread and a tenderness are the basic ingredients of Al-thareed. With the rapid development of life, other ingredients were added to it according to each country.
There is a saheeh hadeeth about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) confirming his love for Al-thareed
Barley
Barley is one of whole grains that have high nutritional value. Barley is rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Drinking barley daily protects the human body from many health problems, it also feeds the body. It could be drinking as a natural drink or added to the salad.
Allah has mentioned barley in the Qur'an in Sura Al Rahman Said: -
Also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-smelling plants. (Al-Rahman: Verse 12)
Barley has many benefits are endless, it is an alternative for coffee and treats the bronchitis and increases the body energy. It also increases beneficial bacteria in the large intestine and also increases the memory strength.
