- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Readtrepreneur did a fantastic job on their book summary. I had listened to the Audible version of the book and just needed something to come back and reference as a reminder for a few of the concepts.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The review seemed clear enough. The book seemed uninspired and not particularly accurate.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Just finished. Excellent job at taking potentially complex scientific principles, concepts, and ideas and presenting them in simple, not simplistic, ways so the reader can readily understand how to apply them. Enjoyable read from start to finish, loaded with practical ideas no matter your age, gender, passions, or pursuits! But, it is not a one-size-fits-all magic formula. You'll learn to work within your strengths & weaknesses, passions and personality. It is a flexible framework. As an old guy in his 45th year of running and having gone through the PhD grind over 20 years ago, this book would have saved me a lot of trial-and-error in my own pursuits. Read and apply!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Worth your time reading! Great help indeed! This uncovers the beliefs you need to blend into your view in order to be successful. Highly recommended to any individuals :)
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book provides useful advice for people who want to improve their performance in any aspects of their life.
