About this ebook
Snack Smarter features 42 scrumptious recipes of raw balls, squares, bars, truffles, macaroons, cookies and fruity leathers. It has 200+ inspiring photos and with your purchase comes two
bonus eBooks: "Super Foods 101" to give you a quick overview of the majority of super foods and "33 Raw Baking Secrets" that are my collected trial and error through my years as a raw dessert chef.
Raw dessert chef Karolina Eleonóra is passionate about inspiring people to start making raw food desserts infused with super foods. A great deal of her dedication is to show that raw desserts can be as decadent as conventional desserts. I have been focused on taste, texture, nutrition, innovation and nut free alternatives. You will notice that the texture and feel of the macaroons are nothing like the balls, and that the balls are nothing like the squares and so on. I have been trying to give you a broad spectrum of raw baking knowledge.
I created this book initially to fix a problem with my boyfriend, being a low-blood-sugar-monster. Most snacks today contain sugar and junk. And most healthy snacks are boring. I wanted to make quality healthy snacks for him that was easy enough for him to make.

The recipes
The recipes in this eBook are no fancy, ambitiously decorated, 30 ingredients projects, but simple, easy, basic that fits any level of experience, even non-existing experience.
My vanilla dough balls for example could have pieces of chocolate in them, but they are truly delicious on their own and piping out those mini chocolate cones, waiting for them to harden and then carefully incorporating them into the ball is too much fuss.
I have been focused on taste, texture, nutrition, innovation and nut free alternatives.
Each chapters recipes are engineered from a common ground of ingredients. You will notice that the texture and feel of the macaroons are nothing like the balls, and that the balls are nothing like the squares and so on. I have been trying to give you a broad spectrum of raw baking knowledge.
The recipes make quite small amounts of treats; when you find your favourites you simply double the recipes.
I know that time might not be your greatest asset, so I have put together simple recipes that you definitely have time to make. This book encourages you to eat your treats often as a way to get your super foods and use them in any imaginable situation to stop you from reaching for the unhealthy snacks.
Remember, you are now a Smart Snacker!
Each recipe comes with a little food for thought text on spirituality and to encourage you to take yourself to the next level, as you need to not only nurture your body but also nurture your soul. The texts are intuitive rather than coming from my head.
I hope they will lead you forward and empower you a little bit.
Super foods
I really don’t see the point of making a raw dessert and skipping the super foods.
There’s a wide array of super foods being used in these recipes, some of whom you might not know of. So this is a brilliant opportunity for you to get closer to them and get a few bags of new super foods to experiment with!
Also feel free to add your favourite super foods as an extra nutritional boost whether it be Chia seeds, a sprinkle of Hemp seed oil, Acaí berry powder, some Ashwagandha or a dash of Spirulina.
At the end of this book you will find links to the best online super food retailers where you can buy your super foods.
Substituting super foods
In the Health chapter you have a list of substitutes so that you easily can scour what ingredient you are missing or dislike and supplement it with my suggestion. So don’t give up on a recipe if you have run out of one ingredient or the ingredient is new to you.
If baking raw and super foods are completely new to you, you can have a look at the Super foods you’ll need-list
further down, to quickly get an overview on what basic super foods you need to stock to get started properly.
The Basic Super Foods You’ll Need For The Recipes
There are a few essential super foods + raw foods that you need in your pantry to be able to make these recipes. For some of you it will be quite a lot, and for others most you already have.
