Introduction
What is success? What is learning? What is happiness? How do you create a life of meaning? How do you discover your purpose in life?
Regardless of what our society may say, success is not a matter of being like someone else or following some set pattern for your life. Success is all about mental self-care. Success goes beyond mindfulness into a lifestyle of cognitive transformation that is both sustainable and organic—and suited to who you are at your core.

Indeed, with the fast pace of modern life and the overwhelming amount of information now at our fingertips, it is a challenge to take the time to think, learn, and succeed at life in your own wonderful way, which is why I decided to write my book Think, Learn, Succeed: Understanding and Using Your Mind to Thrive at School, the Workplace, and Life.
I wanted to show you that you are as successful as you
