Over 30 years of golf experience and a PGA member in Southern California Section since 1997.
A lot has been written about "what to do" in the golf swing as instruction goes, but not much of "how" to do it.
My hope is to write a book that's easy to understand the basic golf fundamentals with the reasons of "what to do" in the golf swing and more importantly the " how and why" importance of these fundamentals.

Introduction
Throughout my golf career, I’ve seen multiple teaching techniques and styles solely on how to hit a golf ball; however, one undeniable truth is that no matter what technique or style one teaches…it always comes back to fundamentals. According to an eye witness the legendary Bobby Jones practiced with a bed sheet draped over a clothesline to create extra privacy between him and curious on-lookers. If true, the real reason is more fascinating!
The golf swing through the ages has been mystified, dissected, and programmed by Golf Guru’s, who believed that they had found the preverbal, lightning in a bottle. They instructed the golf swing blindly like a moth to light without considering that what they were teaching had no basis fundamentally. So what are the fundamentals to a correct golf swing? Tiger Woods, Jim Furyk, and Fred Couples, for example, all have completely different golf swings, yet they are very successful on the PGA Tour. In Layman’s terms their common success with their particular golf swings derives from proper fundamentals. This common trait, that is found in all Tour Professionals, regardless to age or gender, is what should be taught to all golfers so one could enjoy this great game.
You will find that the fundamentals that are being taught in this book will exceed any scientific scrutiny and uphold to any type of golf swing or golf style and that’s what golf fundamentals should be able to do…withstand any question or critique that anyone would question! A theory evolves from an idea, once the theory is believed to be sound; one must attack the theory to disprove it. If it cannot be falsified then the theory must be true; therefore a fundamental is born. Every fundamental in this book has been obtained with this scientific method. Each fundamental will be explained clearly in a format that is easy to understand.

Back in 1977, playing for my high school golf team, I just completed an uneventful round and my fellow competitor’s grandfather asked me to join them for lunch. I graciously accepted and lunch conversation quickly turned to, who’s the best player you ever saw?
