My background is purely technical. After I graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1997 from City University, I worked at different types of technical jobs. The way I became interested in oral hygiene is purely accidental. The problem showed me the way to the solution. The experiences I had in life became my teacher. I am still learning. My way of looking after my hygiene is probably different from other people I know, but it works better. I developed my own techniques to keep myself clean and fresh. People I know are always encouraged by my methods. I know the discomfort that bad breath can cause in everyone’s life. Indeed, it was my own experience with bad breath that led me to research and work in the field of oral hygiene management. It was a journey, and I never thought that I would find a solution. My first experience was about thirteen years ago, using somebody's tooth paste. After that I understood why it happens to a lot of people. This understanding gave me the chance and courage to work hard on the causes of and the solution to bad breath. Bad breath can be prevented by learning simple techniques just as easily as it can be caused.

INTRODUCTION
Knowledge is everything.
When you first looked at the cover of this book, you might have wondered what you would find inside.
If you have picked up this book, you either have a bad breath problem yourself, or you are just interested in the subject of oral hygiene. Either way, the title of the book will make you want to find out what the book is all about. Maybe this is the kind of book you were looking for, to solve this problem.
Our health and hygiene have a tough time adapting to our everyday life.
Nearly every second of the day, our bad breath could let us down. If we don’t know the proper way to look after our mouth, and keep it clean, the problem of bad breath could last for a lifetime and find a way to destroy our social life as well.
Being clean helps us to have a good opinion about ourselves. Having a clean mouth promotes a healthy psychological state that protects us from any kind of stigma and low self-esteem.
People who believe that they are clean and fresh are generally calm, relaxed and confident throughout their life. They do not get negative reactions from other people and they can interact confidently with anyone.
Our life is dependent on our health and hygiene. When we have bad breath problems, we can become fearful and tense. Our daily activities with people require good communication and good hygiene. We can’t afford to lose our confidence by not having these important things.
We must start learning new techniques for improving our hygiene and, in doing so, bring back our vibrant personality.
I wrote this book to help people find a way to deal with bad breath. I will be exploring most of the things that cause bad breath, as well as the solutions for them. I want everyone to have what I have: excellent breath and a confident personality.
Happiness is your reward for living a good and healthy life.
But just what is a good life? It’s not just a life lived in a random fashion; just pleasing yourself. You need to consider that there are people around you too and your happiness has to be meaningful to all these people.
By learning new techniques and by trying to improve things, you can make a difference in your life and in the lives of the people around you.
Bad breath is your Number One Enemy because it comes from your mouth – and it also creates so many negative reactions.
The following is a list of what bad breath can bring you:

Bearing in mind the above points, I am so happy that those who read this book will take such comfort from it and use my knowledge to solve their bad breath problems. I want you to live a happy, healthy and successful life. The success I have personally had from my findings is so great. It has made me happy and has let me enjoy and live a healthy life with confidence. The message of this book is simple; get rid of your bad breath and be happy for the rest of your life.

MY STORY
My journey towards knowing so much about oral hygiene management started in a most unlikely way: in the technical field. After I graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1997 from City University, I worked in different types of technical jobs. The path I took towards my current knowledge was a long one – but along the way to finding the answer, I let the problem show me the way to the solution!
One might say that the experiences I had in life became my teacher – and it is true that I am still learning – in fact, we are all students from birth to death.
My way of looking after my hygiene is probably different from other people I know. I developed my own techniques to keep myself clean and fresh. People I know are encouraged by my methods and I always get compliments on my hygiene at home and at my workplace.
I know the discomfort that bad breath can cause in everyone’s life. Indeed, it was my own experience with bad breath that led me to research and work in the field of oral hygiene management. It was quite a journey - and I never thought that I would find a solution.
My first experience was about twenty years ago, when I was using someone else’s toothpaste. After that experience, I understood why bad breath happens to a lot of people. This understanding gave me the chance and the courage to work hard on the causes of bad breath and the eventual solution.
My discovery worked for me and it will work for you too.
A lot of people read something, like what they read but do not put the words into practise – but proper oral hygiene depends on our lifestyle. The good thing is there is now a system that works for everyone, if we just follow it.
All of the ideas in this book have been written logically and clearly for all those who want to fight bad breath with a different method and technique.
Bad breath can be prevented by learning simple techniques and since I started applying these new techniques, I managed to develop a good system to help me fight any kind of bad breath. My aim was to keep myself fresh and clean at all times.
I superbly accomplished this and… now it’s your turn.
