    A Chapter of my Life discusses some traits possessed by an abuser; and the need to speak out and break free when these traits are exhibited toward you. It also provides useful guidelines for people finding it difficult to heal after coming out of an abusive environment. The five important steps to take in order to achieve healing, as well as personal experiences through the process of healing have been discussed.
