      There was a time when people use to cultivate crops, and all the economic process took place on a field straight at that point of time but now the process is shifted to industries in an organized setting. The things relating to data began to record on papers. Now with the advancement of technology, the things are preserved in the computer in the form of data. This is a modern world of technology in which the number of items and goods is expressed in the shape of data and data is expressed in the form of tables, graphs, and charts. This e-book is going to cover all those methods of formulating an information and ways of communicating data.

      At the beginning of a professional industrialized setting, the data was saved in files and paper, but now an organization feels much safer to keep the short and long data in computer files. It is important for the company to take decisions for future, especially when in a competition.
