What You'll Also Discover Inside...

Expect more from yourself than others. The good news - everyone believes in what you show. Nobody can read your thoughts to know your fears. The bad news - you can interpret every people's speech in a wrong way. Any weird reaction and you start worrying without any reason. Psychologists recommend listening to your "inner voice". Make this experiment: note down every thought while you are lacking of self-confidence. Every time you start worrying, do a three-minute break. Take the list and remind yourself how great you are. Show to your mind the material proof of your self-confidence.

Think positive. It's the oldest trick in the book. If you know how to think positively, then things will be easier for you. Why? Because positive thinking can really do wonders. Aside from that, once you think positively, you will realize that you'll actually feel good about yourself, and that you will feel good about what's going on around you. And, even if things go wrong, you'd know that these are just challenges and that you can rise above them.

Take care of your health. If you feel good, you can achieve a lot. Regular exercises develop physical strength, perseverance and boost stress resistance. Choose a healthy diet and sleep a lot. Breaks for rest and meditation, your personal time should be as usual in your daily routine as, for example, brushing your teeth. Enjoy the fact that you look good, and try to take everything from life. Others will look at you with interest and respect.

This book will help you to get to know yourself better and learn how to focus on your strengths in order for you to become self-disciplined and successful.

I would like to encourage you to begin the journey by looking at yourself and accepting what you see. There can never be another you so be all you can be for the time being.

The next step is to continue striving for personal development in order to achieve holistic growth as a person. Equally necessary is the need to sustain the positive changes you have made in yourself, particularly in the way you regard your own worth and in the way you deal with the people around you.

    Procrastination - Dr. Michael Ericsson

Chapter 1 –  How to Dominate Your Day with Morning Routine

What do you do the moment you wake up? Do you start your day by checking messages on your tablet? Or by checking your news feeds from different social media sites on your laptop? Or by doing nothing because you don’t really have any time for any morning rituals because you’re late for work or school? Or you simply woke up late and have nothing to do but sleep again?

Sounds familiar, right? You may be a night owl but being a morning person is not so bad. According to researchers, whatever you do first thing in the morning actually affects the whole day ahead. You may be wondering how.

Let’s put it this way: you’re a writer and you’re starting a new book but you find it hard to start writing because you can’t seem to make up your mind or better yet you have no springboard. In another context, you’re an entrepreneur and you’re starting out on a new venture but then you’re having a difficult time since you don’t have enough resources.

Just like a good book having an amazing springboard or a fortunate business having enough resources, you too must have an awesome springboard and enough resources so that your day would end up being a fascinating one! Here are some of the springboards you ought to have:

    Say a Prayer

Prayer is the greatest way for starting your day right. When you start and end your day with a prayer, you will have a peaceful heart and a peaceful soul. Your prayer does not have to be lengthy and full of sugar coated words. Just pray to be thankful for another chance in life and to pray for strength to hold on through all the challenges you are currently facing and for all the challenges that are to come. Pray with a sincere heart and surely you will be heard!

    Exercise

Once you’re finished exercising your spirit, why not exercise your body? Exercising is one way of keeping your body healthy and in shape. Health experts believe that there are many benefits you can gain when you exercise. Here are some: You get energized and surely you’ll shake off that lazy feeling. You’ll have an increased metabolism which pretty much helps you become more resistant to common sicknesses. You would feel great about yourself and start to build your confidence. Those are just some of the benefits you would get when you work that body. So, start working that body and show the world what you have benefitted from exercising.

    Don’t forget to Eat

Experts say that breakfast is the most vital meal of the day, so don’t skip breakfast. It is important because it gains the energy you need to start your day and because it is linked to many health benefits. Also, eating breakfast helps you feel less tired and helps keep you concentrated on the tasks you need to accomplish within the day. You may be conscious about your body which is why you may be concentrated on dieting, but you still need to eat breakfast every morning.

    Show that Smile

While you say your prayers and be intimate with the Creator, why not try to smile? Aside from being grateful for another day, smiling to a new day actually helps you start your day with a positive vibe. It helps you feel good and ultimately makes you happy. It removes all that stress in you and replaces it with a secured morning. So smile but don’t just smile; show the world your best smile!

    Go Crazy

One of the best ways to have that extra special cup of happiness is listening to your favorite song. Music helps relax your mind and helps you feel good about your day. It encourages you to be magnificent and to be who you want to be. So turn the volume up, sing your heart out and shake that body to the beat of the music!

    Simply You

Simple joys in life are worth more than the happiness you get from having fame and fortune. You may be rich and famous but somehow there would come a time that you won’t be happy anymore and all that fame and money would somehow cease to exist. Don’t miss out on all the things that make you happy. What matters most is how happy your heart is and how your happiness infects other people.

    Meditate

Meditation is a way for you to perfect peace and to lengthen your patience. It is a way of being one with the world and to feel the stillness of it all. It is a way for you to pause even just for a couple of minutes. And by meditating, you get to harness your inner legend and be that inner legend within yourself.

As you work on starting your day right, accompany it with a cup of happiness and you’ll surely get that savory mixture and that lovely feeling that would surely do you well.

Chapter 2 - How to Uncover Your Passion

What discerns passion from talent? Or are they corresponding to one another? Passion is an inspiration - a dynamism that drives you to act while talent is natural in a person. Passion needs rationalization and verification while talent only needs manifestation. Talent exists without us comprehending the why and what of its presence. Passion is what fuels or motivates talents. Passion is what gets you through in this world when talent is not enough. Doing something that is already second nature for you and loving every minute of it would likely inspire you to have success than completing something difficult and uninspiring.

So what are the ways to discovering your passion in life?

Meditate. Passion is a driving force. It is unseen when it's not propelling something forward, such as talent. Therefore, passion can be more difficult to see than talent. You may have several innate skills such as writing, dancing and carving. One of these skills could be your passion in life.  It isn't easy to decipher our multitude of desires and dreams into passion or just short-term obsession. You need to think from your inner core. To have the ability to access your inner core, you will need to meditate. Look for a place where you can be still and be at peacefulness with your surroundings. Dive right down to your inner core to draw on your deepest and truest dreams in life. Consider these questions:

    a. What is my objective in life?

    b. What takes up the majority of my time?

    c. What do I really like doing?

    d. If I will get the opportunity to do one thing for the rest of my life, what would it be?

    e. What would I do even if I don't get any compensation or received anything for it in return?

    f. What is it that I really do that animates me?

    g. What makes me forget everything else except for what I am doing?

When you can answer these questions in all honesty then you would discover important clues that will help you define your passion in life. You need to really focus on your inner self, before you make an effort to answer these questions. If you're in touch with this self, you would be able to perceive the situation more clearly and answer these questions without bias.

Make a list of what you wish to do. Before you start your list, you should consider things which you have dreamed of doing but never got around to. You may not have done such things because of some factors such as - you didn't have courage to do it; you do not have the money for it; your family was against it; you were too afraid to fail hence you never even tried it or it was way beyond your comfort zone. In making this particular list though, you need to include all those things you have dreamed of doing without awareness of the factors which have hampered you from doing it before. Look over your list in case you might have missed out on something that had interests you in the past. Include everything you have imagined doing even though you think it's highly impractical, risky or vivid. Maybe it's not really your passion but who knows? While doing it, you might suddenly discover your true passion in life, that something which ignites a raging flame in you.

Try to experience at least five of those included in your list. At the soonest possible time, you should try to experience at least ten of those which you have included in your list. Personally experiencing it will give you an inkling of what really interests you, what lights you up more than anything else. Passion is what makes a usually silent person talk animatedly in regards to a particular subject; about his passion in life. You can never really know what drives or excites you most if you have not done a lot of interesting things in your life. Have a firsthand experience of the probable things that could get the adrenalin going. Have a shot and who knows? You might discover just what it is that you would wish to do for the rest of your life.

Exceed your comfort zone. You may be so used to your kind of life and your environment that it hampers you from discovering your passion. You have not been able to try anything new which is out of your typical league or have not traveled beyond your home-to-work road. Then it's time so that you can try new things which people would not expect you to do. For instance, if you have always been convinced that you're left footed, then you might like to take up dance lessons. If you have
