I have being an elementary school teacher since 1985. Healthy "food is fuel" talk has always been an important topic for me to discuss, even when I was a teenager. My husband and I live in Laguna Niguel, California. We have two lovely daughters. I enjoy preparing well-balanced meals, barbecuing often, dancing and walking the beach for both exercise and relaxation.
