Cherobin was honorably discharged from the US military and became a firefighter with 12 years of service before injuries compelled a disability retirement. Cherobin then entered a school of higher learning and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, and is happily married with seven children, the youngest being a phenomenal four year old whose ability to read at an early age served as the inspiration for the Zoomy Boomy series. Cherobin enjoys traveling, reading, and supporting childrens causes, committing 10% of book profits to St Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
