For this piece which represents the essence of Lena’s book, I have been thinking on it for more than 2 weeks, and always there’s this little blurry door that appears and the title Walking out
but the whole image did not appear till this morning when I woke up and that’s where I sat down and allowed the Universe to guide me through.
First came the door and different layers of colours surrounding the door. Light green was the first colour, symbolising that the knowings of change is coming.
The second layer is dark green, the will of powers to heal and to change oneself.
Yellow is the 3rd layer, the willingness to heal and to flow with the change.
The fourth layer is blue, the emotions going through the system of our bodies.
The fifth layer is orange, the fire of passions to live, to let go and to move on, knowing all in us is us.
The sixth layer is pink, the limitless love and kindness, compassions in each self, each beings.
The final seventh layer is white, to all potentials and to all love, all infinites, all possibilities to become. And the last touch was the pink heart on the door, to know that one has to love thyself first before anything can be done to change for the better.
So I hoped these explanations help you to understand how this intuitive piece came along.

Introduction
Greetings to you, my dear reader. This book is a compilation of my best newsletter writings between 2009 and 2013. I love writing, and connecting to my workshop participants, clients and EFT enthusiasts through my newsletters. Each time before I start writing a newsletter, I will check in on my intuition as well as ask the Universe to guide me on what to write.
Perhaps that is why, more often than not, not only do my writings touch my readers on my mailing list, they also surprise me with the wisdom and insights contained in these writings that I never knew that I had. In a way, I was doing what Gary Craig (the founder of EFT) often advised, to not let it come from you, but through you
.
Since the content of this book was mostly written through intuition and divine inspiration, I encourage you to go through this book in the same way. Sometimes, we have blocks that we are not even aware of, and we may not be exactly sure why we live our lives feeling drained, or lost, or empty.
So whenever you pick up this book, you may set the intention to heal yourself of such blocks, conscious or otherwise, and just turn to a random chapter, or to think of a number in your head between 1 and 52, and to read the corresponding chapter.
Remember to keep an open mind - you may be surprised by what you get and how you feel after trying the EFT exercise at the end of the chapter that your heart and/or the Universe had picked out for you
I believe that there is a reason why you are reading this book, and it is my deepest wish that this book provide you with new perspectives and insights, reconnect you with your own inner wisdom, and guide you to apply EFT in a way you never had.
May you allow your heart to be your best healer and spiritual guide!
I asked my heart this morning,
How are you?
A very unexpected answer came up. Tired.
I asked why.
Because you are making me do so much these days! Open open, let go let go… I have never done all these before and it’s tiring!
So I told my heart It’s ok, you can take your time, and I am willing to give you all the time you need for you to do only what you feel like doing.
With that, I could feel my heart perk up and smile, and feel very much encouraged. Then I asked again,Are you still tired, heart?
The answer now was, No.
Chapter 1
Knock Knock…Your Body Needs You!
I have been sleep deprived for the past few days, and a friend who knows about it just sent me an online message:
Notti (lingo-speak for naughty) ah… still don’t sleep.
My reply, Bo bian (Singaporean-English term for no choice), I’m a workaholic…
My friend’s reply, Well, don’t let your body teach you how to rest. You’ll pay the price then!
I had to laugh! I am teaching my workshop participants and clients about listening to their bodies, and here I am, not practising what I preach!
Actually, it has become a cliche to say things like Listen to your body
, Follow your heart
. How come we don’t do it?
For me, it’s a mixture of stubbornness and attachment. It’s that familiar I Want Something and I Want It Now!
So I’m not going to bed until I have done all that i wanted to do, even if it was to check email, chat with friends and other non-essential things like that.
What about you?
Why don’t you listen to your body?
Whatever the answer is, take the chance now to tap on it.
Tapping on the Karate Chop, say Even though I don’t listen to my body because ________(insert your reason), I am willing to make a change, and give my body the love and attention it deserves.
Tap on the rest of the EFT points for 2-3 rounds, noticing your thoughts and emotions and finishing off with a couple of rounds while saying I choose to listen to my body from now on.
Tap a little on this now or before you go to bed tonight.
Your body would appreciate you for this, and when it receives enough attention and love from you, it will also reciprocate by reducing the pains and discomforts in time to come, and reward you with wonderful health!
A regular participant of the Prosperity with EFT group sessions just shared with the group tonight, that he has been tapping regularly for about 2 months, and his back pain has been gradually reducing. The great thing about EFT is that it trains us to be mindful of our thoughts and feelings, and this means that we are also starting to listen to our body more and more. When that happens, our body no longer even need to communicate with us through pains and discomforts.
How about making a commitment to listen to your body more often from now on?
Chapter 2
The Meaning Of Procrastination
Dear One,
All of us, at one point or another, have a problem with procrastination. Of course, there are a million of reasons not to do something that we know we should do. But are those the real reasons?
I suggest that it’s really not because you are lazy. It’s also not because you don’t know how to do the task. Neither is it because you have no time, or no energy, or anything else.
What’s the real reason? Wanna guess?
….F-E-A-R.
That’s right! We put off doing something because we are afraid that doing it may lead to undesirable consequences. For example, we are afraid of not doing it well enough. For many of us, it is easier to find an excuse not do something than to do it and risk being judged for not doing it well enough. In fact, the fear of failure may be so great that you will even put up with the guilt and anxiety that comes with procrastination.
At Prosperity with EFT
today, a participant shared that she is a perfectionist. She told us, If I do something, it had better be done well, or else I won’t do it at all. It’s all or nothing!
I thank her for her honesty, because this gave us a chance to tap on this very common belief that many of us have that actually lead to procrastination.
Since young, many of us get scolded for not doing things right
. In our subconscious mind, we decide, Hmm… maybe it is better not to do things then… at least I won’t get scolded so much!
If you are currently procrastinating on a certain task, you might want to check with yourself, If I don’t do this the way it
should be done, what undesirable things might happen?
Will you be judged by others? Or perhaps you may not meet certain standards and end up disappointing someone? Are you afraid that people would respond to you in a way that you feel uncomfortable with?
Take a few moments and reflect on these questions, Why do I procrastinate on taking this action? What am I afraid of?
and tap on the answers. For example, Even though I’m afraid that if I don’t do it well enough, people will think i’m incompetent, I deeply and completely accept myself.
(Don’t procrastinate on this one!)
By the way, the fear of being judged is one of the BIGGEST fears out there, and this fear exists because
