Ingredients:
3 cups of oat flour
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups of almond milk
2 tablespoons of raw sugar
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour 1/3 cup of the pancakes batter into a greased skillet and cook it for 2 to 4 min on each side.
3. Repeat the process to make another 2 pancakes then serve them and enjoy.
Salty Cheddar Biscuits
(Prep Time: 10 min | Cooking Time: 15 min | Servings 5)
Ingredients:
2 cups of biscuit mix like Bisquick
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 cup of milk
¼ cup of butter
¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
Black pepper
Salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
2. Mix the milk with cheddar cheese and biscuit mix, a pinch of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl until it becomes smooth.
3. Spoon the dough with 1 large tablespoon of dough for a biscuit into a lined baking sheet.
4. Bake the biscuits for 10 min.
5. Whisk the butter with garlic powder in a small bowl then brush the top of the biscuits while they are hot with it.
6. Bake the biscuits for another 5 min then serve them and enjoy.
