If you liked Good to Great this book is for you. If you want to create a high performance culture Daniel Coyle gives you plenty of examples of successful business cultures, failed cultures and why they failed. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A very different read. I'm not usually into the self help books but this one was very interesting. I liked the learning from Seal and how he lived such a Simple life. He just gets things done.
