Timothy Moore is a Korean American writer and instructor living outside Chicago. He has work published in McSweeney's, Midnight Breakfast, Ghost Ocean Magazine, and the Chicago Reader, among others. It states no fruit, no wheat etc - no sugar, no carbs. It lists that 60-70% of the diet should be fat, 20-25% protein.
Then the recipes include banana’s and bread, and the ingredients in no way follow the direction of the percentages of fat and protein.
